Phayra Baloi, pseudonym of Francisco Mário Baloi, born in Maputo. Theater student, at UEM (To be completed). Sociocultural activist, he is CEO of MAFASSE creative, a recycling movement where he develops work related to hygiene and sanitation, creative and scenographic process, guidance of plastic arts and recycling workshops. He works as a lighting technician and has been collaborating with several cultural centers and houses nationwide. Co-founding member of the Association for the Promotion of Urban Art-Maputo Street Art. And he is an Actor and Director at Companhia de Artes A Palhota, which has endorsed all his artistic works. Activista sociocultural, é CEO da MAFASSE criativo, movimento de reciclagem onde desenvolve trabalhos ligados a higiene e saneamento, processo criativo e cenográfico, orientação de oficinas de artes plásticas e reciclagem. Trabalha como técnico de luz e vem colaborando com vários centros e casas de Cultura a nível nacional. Membro cofundador da Associação para Promoção de arte Urbana-Maputo Street Art.
